
Change is all around and inside us all the time. It is time that we realise that for now the only constant thing seems to be change. How do we choose to cope with this change?
We have a choice to ignore it, resist or accept and adapt to the situation.
Option 1 - Pretend there is no change and ignore it.
We take a passive approach, do not make any decision and wait for things to play out.
Option 2 - Resist the change and keep things the way that they were.
Resistance could be due to different factors like:
- Physical obstacles
- Mental obstacles
- Emotional obstacles
- Personal beliefs
There are different way sto remove obstacles and adapt to work with change.
Option 3 - Embrace the change and align it with your goals.
You may need certain skills, tools and resources in order to adapt successfully.
Whatever the change you make - it is extremely important that you align your mind and body. I can also call it to balance the thinking mind and feeling heart. |
