What is it useful for?

Typical goals are public speaking, insights about limitations or fears, discovering the self, personal development in relationships in the office or personal, motivation for change, dealing with transition, starting a business, elevating a business, driving a team, developing personal power in various contexts of your life, self confidence and image branding, reaching for your dreams, creating a life vision, reframing roger rabbit, dealing with traumatic situations or improving performance in behaviours.

What to expect

A typical session can last from 1h30 - 2h00 for any goal of your choice. Have a structured conversation that is not, but might include some training, mentoring, counselling or consulting. Experience a safe and private space dedicated to explore your options and create alignment with focus and motivation to act. Techniques might include NLP, meta-coaching™ models and Neuro-semantics as is required.
