Traditionally kinesiology is known for its physical treatment, but we also use it for creating emotional and mental balance. Kinesiology is about testing the body for information, which is being communicated by weak or strong muscles when moved. The bio-feedback provide us with information that is available outside of our awareness of thoughts.
By combining coaching and kinesiology, we converse with the mind and the body. Part of the session is coaching and part of the session is muscle testing. We are more than what we think we are. The body does not lie and sometimes it is useful to ensure we are not lying to ourselves.
Each client is different. We work in a one-on-one relationship with you, helping you to achieve your own personal and professional goals - it is all about you.
Individual rates are charged for time spent together. Typical allotted times are:
- 45min = Body Balance Session
- 90min = Signature Sessions (combining coaching and kinesiology)
- 120min = Freestyle Coaching Sessions
- 10 hours = Personal Power Programs
