"Just back from a long trip to Manhattan and Peru I have consistently had the realisation that everything is about love?."

Learning your life’s lessons in a way that allows you to be grateful (yes grateful) for who it makes you and where your strengths come from so that you can contribute fully.

I have spend the past few months reflecting and searching for answers, being more driven than ever before. And venturing out into the world alone like a 20 year old, left me thinking deeply and living fully present.

The one thing that we can all do that effect everyone else is to be true to ourselves. In how we choose to think, feel, act and speak. Only from this place can there be real progress which will benefit our planet, humanity and our loved ones.

After 33 days of my pilgrimage my deepest insight was two fold, becoming a bigger me and falling in love with myself. Don’t mistake this for being ego centric - it is the knowing that we are all the same underneath the personality.

A deeper love that completes us when we understand it. When I love myself, others can love me too. And when we love each other we co-operate for the benefit of everyone.

I am more than a kinesiologist-coach or ex-buyer, I teach by the way I live, as is the challenge to all leaders.

Can you walk your talk?

This message is simple. Finding out what you are about underneath the responsibilities you are bound to. Knowing and understanding your purpose in this life. Then living it making changes to live more fully who you are as opposed to becoming someone else

In Peru, Gregg Braden asked me to answer in person during personal moments at magical sites, "What will complete me?" And I did. I will attach below the poem that I wrote after I had my vision at Machu Picchu.

Science is catching up with what the ancients have said for ages, as was confirmed by my workshop in Peru with Gregg Braden.
